How long does shipping take?

We ship your order within 1–3 business days . Delivery within Germany is typically 5–10 business days . Personalized or handmade products may take slightly longer – the estimated delivery time is always listed for each item.

What payment methods do you offer?

In our online shop you can conveniently pay via PayPal, credit card, Klarna (invoice & installment purchase) , instant bank transfer or advance payment .

Can I return my order?

Yes, you can return items within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason . Personalized or custom-made products are excluded from the return policy. You can find all information about returns here.
